Certain water analyses will only be carried out if an accredited sampler performs the collection at the water source. In this case, everything will actually be taken care of for you – not just the water analysis but also the sample collection itself.
Accreditation ensures that samples are collected and analyzed according to the highest standards in the field. Our water analyses are conducted by an external laboratory. Procedure for Ordering Water Analysis with Accredited Sampling

• place of pickup (if different from billing information) If the pickup location has not yet been approved, please provide the parcel number.

Accredited sampling is conducted weekly throughout the entire territory of Slovakia, and we always strive to provide you with the earliest possible date for water sample collection. After your request and confirmation of the date from the laboratory logistics, you will receive a confirmed order from us along with the collection date.
At most, the day before the scheduled sampling, a sampler from the laboratory will contact you by phone to agree on the exact time for collecting the water samples.
Procedure for Accredited Water Sampling
The sample will be taken at a mutually agreed location and time from a well or borehole, from a faucet, or another outlet fixture. The water is allowed to run for a moment to stabilize the water temperature. Water samples are collected in special sterile containers, which may also contain preservatives, depending on the type of analysis.
A certified sampler ensures the reliability and objectivity of the results. Accredited sampling is essential, for example in the case of occupancy analysisthis type also includes indicators that need to be examined right at the sampling site.

The sampler will test part of the water right at your location, and the rest will be delivered using a cooling bag and their own vehicle to an accredited laboratory. Here, the samples are evaluated, and within 7 to 10 business days, a certified report of the exact results will be issued, which you will receive via email. Along with the results, you will also receive an invoice with a payment term of 8 days. The amount for the water analysis does not change during the process; it remains the same as when the order was placed.
