Multifunctional Water Filter HydroTreat ELITE 1.8 with Ecomix C
Catalog code: 1248EC/ELT1
HydroTreat ELITE 1.8 with Ecomix C filter media – multifunctional filter for well water
Central solution for well water treatment without compromises
The multifunctional filter HydroTreat ELITE 1.8 with Ecomix C filtration material is a compact, fully automatic device designed for comprehensive treatment of well water.
Devices with Ecomix filtration material are water treatment systems that remove iron, manganese, ammonium ions, organic impurities, and also soften water, all within a single filtration unit.
This model is suitable for water with a high content of organic substances and ensures stable quality of treated water even with fluctuations in input parameters.
Why choose HydroTreat ELITE with Ecomix C material
- Comprehensive solution in one filter - Removes iron, manganese, ammonium ions, and organic substances while also softening water. There is no need to combine multiple separate filters.
- Stable water quality even with parameter fluctuations - The Ecomix A filtration medium balances changes in the composition of the incoming water without fluctuations in the quality of the treated water.
- Pure water without a metallic taste and odor - Improves the color of the water, eliminates unpleasant odors, and ensures a pleasant taste.
- Completely automatic operation without worries - The device is pre-set, and no programming is required after installation. Regeneration occurs automatically based on water consumption.
- Efficient regeneration - Intelligent counterflow regeneration reduces salt consumption and operating costs.
- Adjustable hardness of the output water - The built-in mixing valve allows you to customize the final hardness according to the household's requirements.
- Without the supply of untreated water during regeneration - The device does not supply raw water to the system during the regeneration cycle.
- System safety and protection - Overflow protection, a protective tube, and a salt grid increase operational reliability.
- Modern and compact solution - Multilingual LCD display and space-saving design suitable for smaller technical rooms.
What is Ecomix material?
The multifunctional filtration material Ecomix C is a multi-component filtering material designed for the treatment of problematic well or tap water with a high content of organic substances. It helps achieve clean, soft, and well-treated water for everyday use.
The Ecomix filter medium is regenerated with salt, which needs to be monitored to ensure that a sufficient amount is available for regeneration purposes. Regeneration occurs automatically through the control head – the device draws in and flushes the salt solution. In typical sizing, regeneration is estimated to occur approximately once a week, and it is important to know the water hardness and the maximum hourly and monthly consumption for the proper filter size design.

We recommend
- We recommend installing before the water softener mechanical pre-filterthat prevents the entry of floating impurities (sand, rust, clay, etc.) that could damage the mechanical components of the softening device.
- To choose the right size, you need to to know the hardness value of waterthe peak hourly and average monthly water consumption, and last but not least, also take into account other values such as iron, manganese, ammonia, and organic water pollution. To do this, it is essential to have, or perform a water analysis.
