Payment and Delivery
Payment methods
You choose the payment method in the second step when ordering goods. You can choose from the following options:
- Payment in advance by bank transfer
After payment, the goods will be delivered to the delivery address you provided, and we will inform you in advance via email.

Your VISA or MasterCard payment card can be used to pay online through the secure payment gateway Stripe. After completing your order, we will redirect you to the Stripe page to finalize the payment. - Cash on delivery
You will pay for the ordered goods upon receiving the package from the courier.
Delivery methods
The shipping cost is calculated automatically based on the weight of the shipment and the country of delivery. You will see the specific amount in the second step of the order, before its final confirmation – all available delivery methods for your cart will be displayed, along with their prices.
Personal pickup of goods – free
You can pick up your order for free at our company's headquarters. We will inform you about the prepared order via email.

Courier delivery – Slovakia, Czech Republic, and countries of the European Union
We send regular shipments via courier service. You will receive the goods at the delivery address you provide in your order; the courier will inform you of the delivery time. The price depends on the weight of the shipment and the destination country and will be displayed in your cart.
Doručenie prepravnou službou – Slovensko
Heavier and larger shipments that cannot be sent by courier are delivered by freight service. Here, too, the price will be displayed directly in the order.
Transportation by individual agreement
For shipments whose weight, dimensions, or nature do not allow for standard shipping, the shipping cost is calculated individually based on the destination address. The system will automatically offer you this option when necessary. After receiving your order, we will notify you of the shipping cost via email, and we will ship the goods only after your confirmation.
Delivery based on the partnership agreement
For our contractual partners, individually agreed transportation conditions apply.
Delivery of in-stock goods usually takes 2–4 days. If you order a product that is not in stock, we will inform you about the delivery time via email.
