In accordance with our professional ethics, we respect and value our competitors, including public water companies. We never lie about their performance. The health and safety of our customers is our top priority, so if it is proven to be at risk, we will not remain silent. In such cases, we will always prioritize the right to clean, safe, and healthy drinking water and do everything we can to protect the customer.

However, if we encounter hateful or aggressive behavior during a phone conversation, our colleagues have the right to terminate the call in order to uphold the principles of our ethical code. In such a situation, we will ask the caller to familiarize themselves with the relevant section of our ethical code regarding respectful communication. We will send a message via SMS and invite them to return to the conversation after they have reviewed the important information. It is important to us that every issue is resolved objectively and that mutual satisfaction is achieved.

In all cases, we will communicate with the customer respectfully, openly, and honestly, and we will work together to find a solution to the problem. We want to build a long-term relationship with our clients, so we view every mistake as an opportunity to strengthen our relationship of trust. We also have a high level of liability insurance.
