- Inline filtration extends the lifespan of water treatment facilities, pipes, appliances, etc.

Using the Big Blue 20 Filter
- as a pre-filter before the softening device to protect it from mechanical impurities (sand, gravel, rust, clay, mud, etc.)
- for carbon filtration (for the removal of chlorine and its compounds, or to improve the taste and odor of water)
- or also separately with various* inserts measuring 20 x 4.5"
*Since the filter has a diameter of 4" - compared to other 20-inch filters - it has a larger filtration area, resulting in lower pressure drop.
The BigBlue 20" filter housing is compatible with several types of filter cartridges
- sedimentation filter cartridges made of molded or wound polypropylene (PP)
- filter cartridges with activated carbon (CTO, GAC)
- empty filter canisters for water treatment
