Frequently Asked Questions about Water Analysis

When do I need a water analysis?

Water analysis is necessary in various cases. If you are building a house and plan to use water from a well, you need to present the results of the water analysis to the building authority for the house's occupancy permit. If you want to open a business, it is also necessary to provide the results to the health department (RUVZ). Of course, you can also have the water analysis done for your own purposes. Whether you use water from a well or water from the public supply, you can easily check the quality of your water through a water analysis.

You will pay for the water analysis only after receiving the results. The fee for the service is fixed, does not change during the process, and is not affected by the results. You will receive the invoice for the analysis via email along with the results, and the payment term is 8 days. It is usually paid by bank transfer, but if you wish to pay in cash, you can do so at the post office by filling out a check with the details on the invoice.

The price for the water analysis is final, which you see for each type of analysis. It includes the items listed below and does not change during the ordering process (water sampling and sample evaluation):

  • shipping costs - if it concerns personal pickup at a partner pharmacy
  • sample collection with a sampler or self-collection kit
  • analysis of water samples in an external laboratory and accredited test results
  • professional consultation of results.

The types of analyses we offer have been tailored to the needs of our customers to include the most frequently exceeded and health-related parameters. Therefore, we will summarize the results of the water analysis so that it is clear whether it is suitable for drinking without boiling, after boiling, or not even after boiling. You will also receive our explanations of the parameters so that you can understand whether your water is at least suitable for irrigation or other utility purposes.
