Ecolite Soft – strongly acidic cation exchange resin in Na-cycle for water softening

Ecosoft Ecolite Soft is a high-capacity gel-type cation exchange resin in sodium form, designed to reduce water hardness in both residential and commercial water softeners. The resin beads capture calcium and magnesium from the water, thus protecting plumbing, heaters, and appliances from limescale.

• Free chlorine: ≤ 0.5 mg/l

We recommend

• Install before the softener mechanical pre-filter (20–100 µm), which captures sand, rust, and other impurities and extends the lifespan of the resin.
• If the water contains more iron or manganese than mentioned above, pre-treatment is necessary. Before selection, you have the water analyzed.
• It is important to know for proper sizing water hardness and peak hourly and monthly water consumption.
